The static code does not expire on its own. The destination may change or become unavailable.

Use the file ID and private deletion token from the receipt you saved when uploading. These are never published in your QR code.
Use Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or another public sharing link. QR Studio does not control that link’s expiration.
How to share a Google Drive file
- Upload your file to Google Drive.
- Open Share and select “Anyone with the link” → Viewer if permitted.
- Paste the link above.
- Test it in a private browser window before printing.
Short text works best. Long text creates denser QR codes.
Password stays on your device; anyone with the QR can retrieve it. Share carefully.

How long can I share an uploaded file?
QR Studio-hosted uploads are available for 30 days. After that, file access stops and the stored copy is deleted.
Who can access the file?
Anyone with its QR code or link. View Online hides the obvious download action but cannot prevent saving or screenshots. Uploaded files are not malware-scanned; avoid sensitive documents.
Can I remove my file sooner?
Uploaders can remove a file before expiry using their private deletion receipt in the deployed service.
