How to make a printable Wi-Fi sign

- Put the QR image somewhere with enough physical size and surrounding white space for phones to focus.
Important things to know
A Wi-Fi QR code contains the network password in readable encoded form. Visitors can recover it using a QR decoder. Prefer a separate guest network for visitors.
Scanning support and Wi-Fi authentication vary by device and operating system. Always test on your intended devices.
Changing the SSID or password means you must create and print a new QR code.
Frequently asked questions
Does the website save my Wi-Fi password?
The Wi-Fi QR is generated in your browser; the form is not submitted to QR Studio for QR creation. The password is encoded in the QR itself, so share it only with intended guests.
Do guests need an app?
Many modern phone camera apps recognize Wi-Fi QR codes, but compatibility varies.
Can I add my business logo?
You can add a logo in the customization panel. Keep it small and verify scanning, especially after printing.
